Interior Update | Warm Springs Neighborhood

The goal with this project was to lighten and brighten a somewhat heavy interior, with an eye toward environmentally-friendly practices. We replaced muted tones with vivid colors, refreshed the fireplace with vibrant red onyx tile and worked with a local artist to design custom hand-blown sconces. Taking a queue from the recently updated furniture in the formal dining room, we replaced deep maroon walls with tone-on-tone opalescent stripes. In the Master Bedroom, we reupholstered hunter green sitting chairs with a rich and bold black and cream fabric, and paired them with custom linens for the bed. Finally, the Master Bath was transformed with brighter elements, functional lighting and less oppressive cabinetry.
